Cryptomeria Japonica (Japanese Cedar)

 

National tree of Japan, known as 'Sugi', commonly planted around temples and shrines.

Radicans and Yoshino available. Commonly called the Japanese Cedar, it in fact is not related to true cedars at all. Easy to grow,will need well drained soil. Great for screening, or as a stand alone specimen. This species has been used around the world as an ornamental planting.
